Eco-innovations and Job Satisfaction: A Moderated Mediation Approach

Does adopting eco-innovations lead to more satisfied employees? Eco-innovations have the potential enhance (and sometimes decrease) job satisfaction of employees for several reasons, such as their positive effects on performances and wages, contribution wellbeing others, or increased alignment between employee company values. We examine empirically relationship in a large number observations using moderated mediation model. posit that effect is mediated by recognition, while latter insecurity. Our structural equation modeling findings based sample 5,384 respondents show (i) do not directly satisfaction, (ii) recognition mediates positively adoption (iii) insecurity moderates negatively mediating satisfaction.
